Brief information about developer/investor:	SwedeCenter is a real estate investment and development company. It was established in 1992 to expand the commercial real estate activities in Poland of the property division of Inter IKEA Group.
Short information about the project:	Mera Hotel & Spa is a four-storey building 17,000 sqm of space. The hotel’s architecture characterised by modern minimalism and simplicity refers to the modernist architecture of the Polish seaside. The style is perfectly emphasised by the natural materials used for the interior decorations and external façades of the building, which are entirely made of Siberian larch timber. The landscaping is also worth noting since it was designed by the architects to “flow” through the building. The courtyards on both sides of the hotel are covered by a sandy hill with seaside plants. All this is complemented by ponds and a stone creek. It offers 145 rooms, 35 treatment rooms, and pool and sauna area with three pool, a roof terrace with a bar and pool and two restaurants, with an all-day promenade brasserie on the ground floor with a spacious terrace and the Pescatore restaurant with a balcony on second floor. Conference rooms are available for up to 250 people, as well as 81 underground parking places.
