Short information about the Project:	Malta House is an innovative office building enjoying an excellent location in the center of Poznań, with a spectacular view of Maltańskie Lake. Meters away from the Galeria Malta shopping mall, the building offers direct access to the city’s public transport and cycling paths network. Completed in Q3 2013, Malta House is over 50%-leased, with tenants including Franklin Templeton Investments, Ciber and Skanska SA. Malta House will be Poznań’s first LEED-certified office building. The project has already obtained LEED-Platinum precertification thanks to innovative technologies that not only reduce energy and water consumption and the building’s operating costs, but also create exceptionally comfortable working conditions.
