Short information about the Project:	Łopuszańska Business Park, an office development by Ghelamco Poland, is located on Łopuszańska street in the capital’s Włochy district. Its construction started in the second half in 2012, the building was delivered in May 2013. The complex comprises two individual buildings offering a total of approximately 17,000 sq m of office space. Building A offers about 8 167 sq m, and building B – 8 357 sq m of offices. An underground parking lot with 320 parking spaces is part of the investment. The tenants of Łopuszańska Business Park, occupied in over 90%, include Alior Bank, Allianz and Cemex. The complex was built according to the premises of sustainable building, obtained BREEAM certification at “Very Good” level and is participating in GreenBuilding Programme of the European Commission.
