From July 2012 - until August 20124 our company had exlusivity for commercialization of logistic Park in Szczecin - North West Logistic Park - 64.000 sq.m. Now is rented about 50.000 sq.m.

The biggest transactions:	CeriInternational leased 3.050 sq.m.in Panattoni Park Łódź East,Rohlig Suus leased about 3.000sq.m.in North West Logistic Park,IQ Metal leased 7.000 sq.m.in North West Logistic Park ,Swedwood(Ikea)leased 7.200sq.m. in 05.2013 and in 12.2014 will sign new contract for continue lease 7.200 sq.m,Bridgestone leased 6.300sq.m.in 01.2013 and now they will sign lease for 7.500sq.m.in 12.2014-Szczecin
