Our passionate experts work really hard for the whole team’s success. Their commitment and motivation have helped achieve an impressive track record with many successful deals. These results are reflected in exceptional figures which once again surprised real estate market. Knight Frank’s team has leased 135,000 sqm in 142 lease agreements for its clients. The number of signed lease agreements increased by 11% compared to previous 12 months. When it comes to amount of leased space, we noticed an impressive 30% growth. After first half of 2015 our Landlord Representation team is number 1 in Warsaw and Poland in terms of leased office space. It is not a coincidence!
