Short information about the Project:	Kapelanka 42 is the company’s first project in Krakow. The complex’s modest and elegant shape, perfectly blending into the urban tissue, truly expresses the Scandinavian architectural approach. Two 9-storey buildings, finished in Q3 2014, are already 92% and 88% leased. Top tenants are mainly from the business services sector (which Kraków is famous for)– service center of one of the worlds’ biggest financial and banking organizations and of one of the largest breweries as well as Apriso, Sygnity or Tesco.
