Short description of the company:	Jones Lang LaSalle’s Project Development Services (P&DS) team of eleven project and cost managers, and engineers – including accredited BREEAM and LEED experts.
Why the company should be considered for the award:	The P&DS team delivers project management, construction and sustainability consultancy services. Achievements in 2012 include the project/cost management of the Hotel Bristol refurbishment (Warsaw), the development/project management of the OSI food production plant (Ostróda) and the project management of the large-scale Motorola R&D centre. Among its 2012 green projects are the Concept Tower office building (14,000 sqm, Warsaw – aimed to be the first with LEED and BREEAM certification), LEED certification of Centrum Bankowo-Finansowe Nowy Świat Bis (a prestigious mixed-use building with app. 10,000 sqm gla, Warsaw) and Ilica Center (the first LEED building in Croatia). The P&DS team conducted the LEED certification of Zebra Tower (19,000 sqm, Warsaw, Nov 2011) – the first new LEED certificated office building and the first LEED core and shell certification in Poland.
