The biggest transactions between November 2014 and October 2015:	Bora Bora portfolio (€523m, Czech Republic, sell -side advisory to TCP, the largest ever industrial portfolio deal in CEE), Riviera (€291-300m, Gdynia, sell- side advisory to Fonciere Euris/Rallye, Poland’s largest deal in 2015), CA Immo assets (Europolis Parks in Poland and Romania, buy-side advisory to P3, largest ever industrial deal in Romania), Chapman portfolio (MOM Park, West End Business Center, EMKE, Budapest, sell-side advisory to AEW, the largest portfolio deal in Hungary since 2005).
