The team manages an expansion and full-scale building’s renovation of Adgar Park West. The total project value is €21 million and the buildings’ area is above 60k sqm. It is conducted keeping the buildings operational and preparing above 20,000 sqm of fit-outs for new tenants in 2014 only. JLL currently manages construction of one of the largest ongoing manufacturing projects in Poland - ca. 35,000 sqm production and administration space for a confidential client. JLL is also managing construction of one of largest commercial data centres in Poland - Adgar DC1. JLL P&DS team works with a few of largest and most prestigious office occupiers projects in 2014 in Poland.
