Why this team should be considered for the award:	In 2014, JLL has so far transacted properties of €1.23 bn in CEE. JLL participated in most of the key deals, maintaining its long term leading position in strategic investment advisory. Tristan industrial portfolio (€100 m, Warsaw, Łódź, Poznań), Atrium 1 (€90m, Warsaw), Arka office portfolio (Warsaw, Wrocław, Poznań, Łódź, Tri-City), Ambassador (Warsaw), Green Day (€43m, Wrocław) or Hilton Sofia/Sheraton Krakow (€62m) and Intercontinental Hotel (€115m, Prague) in 2013. JLL is a leader in the industrial transaction field-80% agents market share. JLL excelled in sales and acquisitions not only of prime properties but also opportunistic/value added products, and in smaller markets.
