In Q1-Q3 2015 JLL participated in 136 lease deals totaling 225,000 sqm. This makes JLL the undisputed leader with the largest agent market share in 2015 in Poland (ca 28%).

Kraków: Shell (22,000+ sqm, T-Rep, Dot Office, exact size to be confirmed in Q1 2016). Wrocław: IT company (7,000 sqm, T-Rep, Globis)
