Warehouse projects under exclusive commercialization:	The industrial sector in Poland is more tenant oriented and in most cases there is no need for exclusive landlord representation. JLL's Industrial team works with all the major developers across Poland, attracting tenants to the best possible warehouse options.

JLL has cooperated with major brands: Raben, Leroy Merlin, DSV, Nestle, P&G, Volkswagen. JLL has the biggest agent market share – 29% in 2014, and is number one in terms of cooperation with logistic operators. JLL excels in land transactions (20 ha in 2015).
