 Jasna 26 is a converte historic tenement building in the centre of Warsaw (next to Swietokrzyska metro station), which was adjusted to the requirements of a class ‘A” office building. Its leasable area amounts to nearly 5,500 sqm. Building was put into operation in June 2014 and is 90 pct leased. Jasna 26 is a project by AIGA Investment, Octava, FCM Salamanca and Mermaid Properties Mermaid Properties applied for BREEAM certification for its Warsaw Jasna 26 project and hopes to achieve a grade of ‘Very Good’. Its anchor tenant is the Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak law firm with a lease of 4,650 sqm.
