Brief information about the developer/investor:	Celtic Property Developments a holding company controlling a group of subsidiaries focused on office and residential development projects. The company’s activities consist in the purchase of land, on which it develops projects, and of existing properties with the potential for the creation of additional value by changing their intended use, increasing their standard or the optimisation of their area.
Brief information about the project:	Iris building, in the past used as warehouse, was built in the early sixties as a prefab structure. During the new development the following elements were demolished: the installations, façade, roof, ground floor slab, staircases and lift shafts, which were all reconstructed as new. The main structure has been left standing. A new carpark has been constructed and connected to the car park under the main building. The building is actually in the process of obtaining a BREEAM certificate. Iris is the third phase of the Cybernetyki Office Park and offers 14,200 sqm of office space located on five levels. The building provides 250 parking spaces located in the 1-level underground and on surface car parks. The building now provides: modern, efficient and flexible space; sufficient parking spaces; convenient access for employees; and office space adapted for disabled access. The project is located by the junction of ul. Postępu and ul. Cybernetyki, app. 2 km from the Okęcie international airport and 7 km from the city centre.
