Invesco Real Estate (IRE) strategy is focused on top class buildings in prime locations. Throughout last 12 months, the investor completed 2 major acquisitions - Plan Unii in Warsaw (EUR 226 million) and Riverview in Prague (EUR 20 million). IRE also sold 4 properties – Slovansky Dum in Prague, BB Alpha in Prague, Castorama DC in Łódź and Varyada in Karlovy Var for total value of EUR 195.5 million. With numerous of deals, IRE is one of the most active investors on the real estate market in CEE region. The investor sees number of opportunities available in Poland and CEE region and proves that with efficient asset management, particular investments can increase in value. |
