Short description of the company and team:	Immofinanz Group is one of the leading listed property investors and developers in Europe. Its portfolio comprises more than 1,820 investment properties with a carrying amount of EUR 10.38 bln.
Why the company should be considered for the award:	Immofinanz Group entered the Polish market in 2004 as a real estate investor and the residential market in 2008. The company focuses mainly on the housing market in Warsaw and other dynamically growing regions, such as Katowice. Dębowe Tarasy in Katowice is the company’s flagship residential project in the Upper Silesia region and Poland. In 2008 the company successfully completed the first two stages of Dębowe Tarasy and achieved an outstanding success: all 508 apartments were sold. In the third phase of the project the developer will deliver 317 comfortable and functional apartments in three buildings. At present the realisation of three further projects is planned if market conditions remain stable: Riverpark in Poznań, Residea Alpha in Warsaw and Dębowe Tarasy IV in Katowice.
