Short information about the project:	A 46,230 m² Built-to-Suit (BTS) warehouse at P3 Mszczonów near Warsaw designed for leading 3PL supplier ID Logistics (IDL) – a longstanding P3 customer. The warehouse, one of the largest in Poland, is for one of IDL’s international retail clients. Work started in December 2014 and it was handed over in July 2015, a month ahead of schedule. The building comprises 44,000 m² of warehousing as well as offices and a pallet shelter. It has its own road network and a 62-dock layout. There is parking for over 80 HGVs. It has a working height of 12 m, 2m above standard, and 302 pillars. Designed to be energy efficient with low operating costs, it features 238 skylights, LED lighting, solar collector systems, taps with aerators and infra-red control and uses sandwich panels with improved insulation properties. P3 Mszczonów is south-west of Warsaw, on the E67 express rood and TIR 50 route, 40 minutes from the international airport. Public transport serves the area.
