Short information about developer/investor:	DiM Hotel Łódź is a subsidiary of DiM Hotels, an investment company formed in 2010. The main activity of the investments in the hotel industry.
Short information about the project:	The eight-storey property is located in Łódź, on the corner of ul. Piotrkowska and ul. Radwanska. On the basis of a licence agreement, the hotel is operated under the Holiday Inn brand, which is in the largest hotel group in the world – InterContinental Hotels Group PLC. It offers 127 guest rooms, including 99 standard rooms, 18 executive rooms, nine superior rooms and one suite. Eight modern meeting rooms are also available that can accommodate up to 450 people. Each is equipped with air conditioning, wireless internet and the latest audiovisual technology. The restaurant is located on the ground floor and can accommodate more than 80 guests. Also available on the ground floor is a bar for about 70 people. The hotel also has leisure facilities located on level -1 with a gym and a dry sauna. The hotel is managed by Irish company Prem Group, which operates in Belgium, France, England, Germany and Ireland. The official opening of the hotel took place on June 8th.
