New technology solutions/services offered:	Grontmij Polska offers BREEAM certifiate additional analysis e.g. flood risk assessment, daylight analysis, thermal comfort analysis and ecological value assessment.

Projects completed between November 2014 and October 2015:	We were very proud to receive the first BREEAM New Construction 2013 certificate with an Excellent score in Poland for the office building “Polna 40” (May 2015). Moreover we have achieved 22 BREEAM New Construction certificates (7 Interims and 15 Finals). 22 assessed by Grontmij Polska buildings have received a BREEAM In-Use certificates.
Projects in progress:	At the moment we have 71 on-going projects. We are working to certificate 60 buildings in BREEAM New Construction and 11 buildings in BREEAM In-Use system. We are certifying top projects in Warsaw, Kraków, Gdańsk and Poznań for leading developers and property managers.
Please say why you should be considered for the award:	As a Polish leader of the BREEAM certifications we are proud to certify 110 buildings in BREEAM New Construction and 103 buildings in BREEAM In-Use system. Our main goal is to cooperate and help not only our clients but also architects, contractors and other members of design and building process. We are sharing our experience and knowledge. Our aim of receiving a certificate with best score is equal with client’s aim, so we are doing our best to achieve it. We are caring about each project and client which is confirmed with a lot of positive references.
