Projects completed in 2014:	In 2014 we have already achieved 11 BREEAM New Build certificates. 4 of them were awarded with Excellent rating (e.g. Warsaw Spire,Postępu 14) and 7 Very Good (e.g.Quattro Business Park,Royal Wilanów). Moreover, we have assessed 14 buildings in a BREEAM In-Use system(e.g. North Gate, Ufficio Primo).
Projects in progress:	At the moment we have 66 on-going projects. We are working to certificate 58 buildings in BREEAM New Construction and 8 buildings in BREEAM In-Use system. We are certifying the top projects in Warsaw, Kraków, Gdańsk and Poznań for leading developers and property managers.
