Brief description of the architectural studio:

The studio was founded in 1995 in Wroclaw, and now employs over 50 architects. Main projects: Green Towers, Integrated Tram Station, Thespian, Sports Hall in Bytom, Renoma Departament Store.

Brief information about the project from an architectural point of view:

The shape of the façade is the outcome of analyses of sun exposure conditions, as well as the intent to achieve optimum harmony with the surroundings. The twin cubic blocks of the buildings, each over 30m in height, fit perfectly in the context of ul. Strzegomska. Between the buildings a square green patio has been designed with a hollow atrium, letting light into the rooms in the underground level. The op-art composition of the façades is based on alternate arrangement of dark and light rectangles, which are slightly shifted against each other to produce a shimmering visual effect. The main entrances to the buildings are accentuated by canopies, which turn smoothly into the roofing of entrance ramps to the underground car park. Commercial and office areas on the ground floor have separate entrances directly from the ground level. Floors 19 have are designated for open-plan offices with a central circulation core, which allows separate space arrangement for individual tenants.
