Short information about the Project: Green Corner is the first LEED pre-certified office project in Warsaw with the highest ‘Platinum’ rating. Innovative technologies will not only minimise the impact of the building on the environment, but will also translate into savings for tenants. The Green Corner complex is located at the crossroads of ul. Wronia and ul. Chłodna, in the very heart of Warsaw’s Wola district. It offers excellent access to public transport (eight tram lines, nine bus lines and a ten minute walk to the planned station of the second line of the Warsaw metro). The scheme has been 95 pct leased before completion, with contracts signed with Nordea Group, Grant Thornton, Jones Lang LaSalle Group Services, CHI Polska and Ruch.
