Short description of the company and team:	GTC developed 47 office buildings and 12 shopping malls with a total net space of over 1 mil sq m. The company currently manages 28 commercial property projects with a total space of 589,000 sq m.
Why company should be considered for the award:	GTC's 2014 noteworthy achievement is Pascal. It is the culmination of GTC’s flagship project in Cracow- Korona Office Complex. The building offers 5,600 sq m of modern office space on seven floors. Large office space allows unlimited interior arrangement. Latest technologies were applied during the design phase and highest quality materials were used during construction. Pascal is fully rented. Its tenant portfolio includes global business leaders such as Deloitte and IBM. In 2014 GTC broke ground at Fortyone class A office complex in Belgrade. Fortyone complex will add over 27,000 sq m of office space to the market (first building: 10,000 sq m). The building is designed and constructed in accordance with LEED Gold standards. It was 60% preleased before the first shove hit the ground.
