Why the company should be considered for the award:	In 2012 GTC delivered 20,000 sqm of class ‘A’ office space in Warsaw (Platinium Business Park V and the Corius building in Okęcie Business Park). GTC’s office facilities continue to attract many presitgious tenants, including Oracle (1,000 sqm), Rockwell (2,000 sqm), Vattenfall (700 sqm) in Francuska Office Centre in Katowice, Citibank (2,000 sqm) and Hewlett-Packard (2 700 sqm) at University Business Park in Lodz, and VeriFone (1,100 sqm) in Platinium Business Park in Warsaw. The company managed to sign significant lease renewals with such tenants as State Street in Centrum Biurowym Kazimierz for another 10 years, and Publicis Group (Leo Burnett, Saatchi & Saatchi, ZenithOpitmedia and Starlink – 11,000 sqm.) for another 7 years.
