Brief description of company :	GTC is a key player on the shopping centre market in the CEE and SEE regions. GTC’s projects have set new standards in retail and entertainment, quickly becoming the most popular shopping destinations.
Why company should be considered for the award.:	In 2012 GTC completed Galleria Burgas. The mall brings to the Bulgarian market new quality in terms of design, interior finishing and its attractive tenant mix. It offers 35,000 sqm of net retail space and is more than 90 pct leased by international and local tenants, including Inditex brands, Cinema City, Carrefour, H&M, Pure Fitness and many others. The mall is situated in the affluent catchment area of Burgas, which is strengthened by visiting tourists. The building aims to be the first sustainable shopping centre in Bulgaria with a LEED certificate. Other shopping centres developed by GTC have also continued to attract prestigious tenants. In Poland, Galeria Kazimierz has welcomed Stradivarius, Benetton Kids and Villeroy&Boch, while many tenants have extended lease agreements (Reserved, Three Crosses Square, Cropp Town, Camaieu, W.Kruk and Gino Rossi). GTC is also working on two new malls in Warsaw – Galeria Wilanow and Galeria Bialoleka, which will comprise a total of 140,000 sqm nla.
