Ghelamco Poland

Ghelamco Poland, active in Poland for more than 20 years, is part of Ghelamco Group, a leading European real estate investor and developer established in Belgium in 1985.

At present, Ghelamco is developing 4 office buildings totalling 200,000 sqm of modern space and is also building Warsaw’s first soft-lofts – Woronicza Qbik. Ghelamco is constructing Warsaw Spire, the biggest and most modern office complex in Central Europe, which will provide 100,000 sqm in a historical location in the centre of Warsaw. Another building is being constructed, Senator. Combining historical heritage with top quality modern office space, this unique project features will provide 25,000 sqm. Phase I (25,000 sqm) of Mokotow Nova office building, where Ghelamco’s new headquarters is located, was delivered in September 2011. The whole complex (40,000 sqm) will be completed in February 2012. Ghelamco has already started constructign Synergy Business Park in Wroclaw. This 60,000 sqm project will be one of the biggest office buildings in Lower Silesia. In 2011, Ghelamco has also sold its Crown Square project (16,000 sqm) in Warsaw to Invesco Real Estate for € 63 m. Another project, Katowice Business Point, is fully leased by international companies and ready for sale. In the last 3 quarters of 2011 Ghelamco leased ca. 40,000 sqm of office space. Among its tenants are PKN Orlen, Rabobank Polska, Athlon Car Lease, Cargill, Hyundai Motor Poland, Tauron Polska Energia, Medicover and Oriflame. Its 5-year business plan includes the delivery of 300,000 sqm.
