Short information about the Project:	GBC I is the first stage of a modern business complex developed in Warsaw’s Muranów district. The scheme designed by E&L Architects was delivered in June 2014, in a record time of less than 2 years. Consisting of a 16-storey building A and an 8-storey building B, the project combines modern architecture with elegance and functionality. It was designed with the use of highly advanced technological and ecological solutions and aims at creating an inspiring and innovative business space. The scheme’s excellent location, next to the Dworzec Gdański underground station, near several bus and tram stops and a railway station ensures an equally convenient access to the city centre as well as other Warsaw districts. GBC I is BREEAM certified with ‘Very good’ rating. Key tenants include: KPMG (10,000 sqm), SNC Lavalin, Provident, Agricultural Property Agency (6,000 sqm). GBC I was the largest office project delivered in Warsaw in H1 2014.
