Information about the achievement, describing the context of the achievement and it’s results or impact:	Colliers noted an 26% increase in number of sqm managed in CEE in the last 12 months. The portfolio of its property management team includes 88 properties in Poland, Hungary, Romania, Slovakia, Bulgaria and Montenegro. In 2014 Colliers acquired Property Partners, a leading property and facilities management services provider in Hungary adding an extra 51 700 m² to the portfolio. As a result of the acquisition, Colliers manages 145 000 m² in Hungary for clients such as Peakside, Deka, Erste Bank and Immofinanz, providing services for class A office buildings, Green House, Atrinova, Obuda Gate and others as well as an industrial portfolio, i.e. Pharma Park, and a retail portfolio of 15 shops in downtown Budapest. As of today, Colliers manages 1 333 000 sqm in the region. The largest new instructions included Immofinanz properties in Poland, Hungary and Bulgaria, Skanska’s Green Court office in Bucharest and Galeria Siedlce shopping center in Poland.
