 Enterprise Park phase 2 (building C), has been designed as part of an existing office complex, tailored to the needs of demanding corporate tenants operating in the IT/BPO/SSC/R&D sectors. Careful planning and understanding of future tenants’ specific requirements resulted in approx. 95% of available space leased before the project's completion. Key tenants: Cisco Systems (ca. 13,000 m2); Grupa Gastromall (OLIMP restaurant) Located 3.5 km from Cracow’s Old Town, Enterprise Park is easily accessible thanks to several public transportation routes nearby (including a road to the airport), bus/tram stops, a railway station and Cracow’s Fast Tram stop in the vicinity. The business park’s location is also easily accessible to bicycle riders who can enjoy on-site amenities: bicycle paths, monitored bike parking spaces and changing rooms with access to showers.
