Brief information about the project:	Enterprise Park is a unique and modern office park, the only one of its kind in Kraków. The complex is surrounded by natural greenery and will eventually consist of three four-storey buildings. The project benfits from numerous tram and bus lines nearby, a railway station and the Kraków Fast Tram stop in the vicinity and therefore is well connected with the city centre and the city’s other districts. The first two buildings, known as phase 1 of the project, provide over 15,300 sqm of modern class ‘A’ office space. 87 pct of the office space had been leased prior to construction completion, including an on site canteen. These buildings will be occupied by Delphi Poland and Cisco Systems. The buildings provide large floor areas, highly efficient office space and special facilities for cyclists including showers, changing rooms and lockers.
