Brief description of the company and team:	Echo Investment is among the largest investment and development companies with Polish capital in Europe. Echo realises investments in housing, shopping/entertainment centres, office buildings and hotels.
Why the company should be considered for the award::	In the 2011–2012 period Echo Investment had eight residential projects at various stages of construction with a combined area of app. 50,000 sqm. The total number of apartments which have been constructed during this time amount to 720 high standard ones. There are also 215 plots on sale, which are earmarked for detached and terraced houses and have a combined area of app. 205,000 sqm. Echo Investment developed the Klimt House luxury apartment project, which has become one of the most recognisable and prize-winning residential projects in the last few years.
