Why the team should be considered for the award:	A total of 75,000 sqm of office space was leased by the agency in the last 18 months, including the largest lease agreement signed on the Polish real estate market this year - the contract between PTC (T-Mobile), which was represented by DTZ, and Ghelamco Poland. This project resulted in the signing of a lease agreement for app. 27,000 sqm in a building under development called Marynarska 12 (it will now be named T-Mobile Office Park). The complex will offer 40,000 sqm of office space altogether.
