C&W advised in the successful sale of The Park in Prague, the largest ever office deal in the Czech Republic. In Poland C&W is currently involved in the most important commercial investment transaction on the Polish market, the sale of one of Warsaw’s most prestigious and internationally renowned office buildings. It is a significant addition to the CMG’s recent successes at New City and Galeria Dominikańska, increasing C&W’s market share. Moreover, we also acted as the advisor to HB Reavis in the divestment of its prime shopping centre Aupark Zilina.
