Short description of the company and team:	Crido Legal provides legal services covering M&A, corporate reorganizations, banking and finance, real estate, energy and natural resources to firms and private clients. It is growing rapidly – its revenue rose by over 50% last year. The team consists of 25 legal experts (11 legal advisors and advocates), and most of them have experience working in the biggest law firms in Poland and worldwide.
Key current clients:	We provide legal services to multinational corporations, Polish companies and private clients. The range of our key clients which is quickly extending includes, e.g., Klepierre, Hines, HB Reavis Group, Lewandpol, Plaza Centers, Atrium European Real Estate Management, Vistula Business Garden.
Participation in property sales and acquisitions between November 2014 and October 2015:	Crido Legal has advised on, e.g., the reorganization of a vast part of leading European Shopping Mall operator’s Polish portfolio including a transfer of Shopping Mall’s legal title (value: EUR 350m), separation of the operational activity of a hotel from the ownership of the Real Estate for Real Estate Investment Fund, including due diligence of the Real Estate and the internal sale of the Real Estate and financial settlement of the sale (value: EUR 100m).
Participation in development projects between November 2014 and October 2015:	Crido Legal has advised on, e.g., the construction of a football academy by one of the Polish Premiere League Clubs (value: EUR 10m), the construction of an office building in the center of Cracow with ca. 13k of useable area for a local investor (value: EUR 20m), the construction of a wind farm consisting of 27 wind turbines by a Polish investor (value: EUR 120m), re-letting of an outlet mall, the commercialization of an office building in Cracow (value: EUR 20m).
Total value of the transactions on which your company adviced between November 2014 and October 2015:	EUR 2 billion 80.5 million
Please say why you should be considered for the award.:	Crido Legal, a rapidly developing law firm (with 25 legal experts on board), offers a wide range of legal services (especially within the area of Corporate/M&A, RE and financing sector) to a quickly growing range of clients – international corporations, Polish firms and private clients - mainly from the RE sector. Crido Legal’s RE team participated in a number of transactions, in particular regarding office buildings and retail centers – some of them were the largest transactions in CEE or Poland. Carrying out of such large projects by Crido Legal in 2014/2015 was possible only thanks to our previously gained experience in implementing similar, extensive transactions.
