Short information about the project.: Corso gives the convenient shopping experience for visitors thanks to its location in the heart of Świnoujście and numerous amenities in the building, also for handicapped people. It creates a sense of luxury within each store, focused on customer comfort. The tenant mix consists of: supermarket, cinema, female & male fashion, children fashion, pharmacy, sport equipment, restaurants and jewellery. Location on Uznam Island of which 84% belongs to Germany means almost 40% of Corso clients are Germans. Most of Corso staff speaks German to serve this group of clients. Świnoujście is also a holiday resort well-known in Poland with a lot of tourist whole year round. This makes marketing of this scheme unusual and tailored directly to cover its needs. From 27th June 2015 Corso have been visited by almost 1 000 000 customers. It is the only shopping centre in the region, which is also very modern and unique. With its modern architecture Corso is an integral part of contemporary public space.
