The biggest transactions:	1. Leasing of 2,982 m² on behalf of TK Maxx, Targówek Retail Park. 2. Leasing of 2,836 m² on behalf of TUP Property, City Point, Tychy (Multikino). 3. Leasing of 1,701 m² on behalf of Leocin, Chmielna 25 (Smyk). 4. Renegotiation of leasing contracts of approx. 4,000 m² in Solaris Shopping Centre, Opole (New Yorker, 986,64 m²; Euro RTV AGD, 1,326 m²; C&A, 1,664 m²).
Please say why your team should be considered for the award:	Since the beginning of 2013 Colliers Retail Agency has conducted 107 transactions involving around 38,400 m². We have completed 7 comprehensive strategic advisory assignments advising on the repositioning and revitalisation of centres including a revitalisation strategy for Carrefour Morena in Gdańsk. In 2013, our portfolio of clients enlarged significantly including projects for clients such us: Neinver Polska (Factory Outlet, Cracow), Carrefour Polska (3 centres: Morena in Gdańsk, Sonata Sochaczew and Olsztyn), Orco Property Group (Złota 44), Transhurt (Galeria Olimp, Lublin), Coucal (Solaris Centre, Opole). The most significant T-rep transactions were: 5 renegotiations for Glitter, 4 new locations for Green Caffe Nero, 1 relocation for Duka (Galeria Mokotów), a new location for TK Maxx.
