Brief description of the company and team:	Colliers International is a leader in global real estate services, with 12,300 professionals in 522 local offices in 62 countries. Colliers International Poland employs over 170 people in four offices.
Why the team should be considered for the award:	In 2012 th agency started a new landlord representation service line and in a short period built a portfolio of 18 buildings exceeding 220,000 sqm. Some of the buildings it represents include Royal Wilanów, Karolkowa Business Park, Oxygen Park, Horizon Plaza and the IVG portfolio. So far this year Colliers has closed 60 transactions totalling almost 70,000 sqm. It is not only focused on Warsaw but also very active in regional cities. The most significant deals include: Delphi in Enterprise Park, Kraków (8400 sqm), Gaz System (renegotiation of 6,360 sqm in Cristal Park, Warsaw), the expansion of Tieto in Aquarius Business House in Wrocław (3,800 sqm), Roche (renegotiation of 3,220 sqm in Malta Office Park, Poznań). We are currently working with 56 different companies on 67 projects all over Poland.
