Please say why your team should be considered for the award:	Colliers' Investment Services team continues to lead the region in terms of the number of investment deals closed in CEE with transactions concluded in Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Romania and Bulgaria. In the past 12 months, the team has closed more than E800m in transaction volume and remains on track to lead the market in terms of number of deals completed in the region for the third consecutive year in addition to being the only agent to conclude transactions in all markets. Colliers performance has been balanced between successful sale and buy-side mandates and has participated in some of the largest and most important transaction in the region. At the time of writing, the team had more than 10 transactions to close before year end with a value of more than EUR 500m.
