Participation in property sales and acquisitions between November 2014 and October 2015:	We advised: •PZU FIZ Sektor Nieruchomości 2 in acquisition of 4 logistics parks •Prologis European Properties Fund II on the acquisition of a logistics facility in Strykow. •CBRE GI on the sale of the Sarni Stok Shopping Centre •Polonia I in obtaining credit facilities relating to a portfolio of office buildings-Wiśniowy Business Park •Torus on the sale of the Alchemia I office building •Hillwood on its joint venture with 7R Logistic S.A.in the acquisition of a logistics park in Gdańsk
Participation in development projects between November 2014 and October 2015:	We advised: • BNP Paribas on the financing and due diligence of office building-West Gate • Kulczyk Silverstein Properties on the preparation and negotiation of a construction contract for the ETHOS office building • Atrium RE on the preparation and negotiation of a construction contract for the extension of the Promenada Shopping Centre • Bariela Investments sp. z o.o. on the development of a high-end office building in Wrocław

Group) in the process of the acquisition of 4 logistics parks, and advising in one of the largest transactions concerning the financing of office assets on the market (Polonia I) in obtaining credit facilities relating to Wiśniowy Business Park.
