The new Cushman & Wakefield is now one of the largest real estate services firms in the world with revenues of $5 billion and over 43,000 employees in 60 countries and the biggest real estate company in Poland in terms of revenue. Charles is leading the Polish office committed to retaining and building the very best merged teams of industry professionals who share their market insight and experience with clients.
- Contributions made to the improvement of the CEE commercial property market: Charles has been responsible for attracting the inward investment of capital to the real estate sector in many CEE countries including Hungary, Romania, Slovakia, Croatia and more recently Poland, specifically with Heitman, ING, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, RREEF, AXA, NEPI, Union, Redevco and Allianz amongst others.
