Short information about the project:	Centrum Galardia was opened on the 15th October. Galardia is situated within the distance of 800 m from the strict centre of Starachowice. It is the largest SC within the radius of 50 km from the city. The construction of Galardia was built in the plan of revitalisation of the “meadows” in Starachowice, that is unused area situated within close distance from the centre of the city. The importance of Galardia for the local community is reinforced by the fact that there are plans of construction of a publicly available sport and leisure area next to the facility. At the time of opening the centre was commercialized in 98,5%. Within the first week of its functioning over 65,000 people visited it (more then city population). Tesco and Helios are the leading tenants, the latter being the first multiplex cinema in the region. The shops that belong to the LPP Group, Jysk, Media Expert and the first Empik and Smyk stores in the region also occupy an important place in Galardia’s offer.
