Short information about the Project: Carpathia is an elegant, impressive office building, designed as class A office space, located in City Center, in the up and coming neighborhood of Powiśle – very close to the Central Business District, as well as the Warsaw’s high street – Nowy Świat / Krakowskie Przedmieście. Carpathia is our little puzzle about whether it is a manifestation of Warsaw’s modernism of the 1930s, a later social realist variation on a theme or a contemporary architectural collage with the Powiśle in the background is our humble tribute to centuries of history. There is some intellectual play taking place here, but it is accompanied by a considerable dose of Bauhaus responsibility for utilitarian value. Facilities: easy access by car and public transport, possible to arrange the internal space, 24h reception and security with CCTV, two independent cable power lines, internet fiber optic connection, air conditioning, access control system, openable windows, technical raised floors / suspended ceilings.
