Short information about the Project:	Business Garden Poznan is a modern office complex with a planned area of 80,000 m². The complex comprises nine buildings with an interior garden located on a six-hectare plot. Upon completion of the first phase at the beginning of this year, the real estate market in Poznań gained 42,000 m2 of office space with excellent access to town infrastructure. In addition to the office space, the business park comprises a number of supporting facilities, such as canteen and service points. As a natural extension of the workplace, relax zones, featuring a basketball court or boule playground, are created in the garden. Business Garden Poznań was recently awarded LEED Platinum certificates for all buildings comprising the first stage. Points have mainly been awarded for the high standard of buildings and solutions reducing energy and water consumption, greenhouse gas emissions and quantities of produced waste and for our commitment to achieving high-quality work environments.
