Brief information about the project from an architectural point of view:





 The development comprises a class B office located off ul. Łopuszańska south-west Warsaw. The first phase of approximately 10 700 m2 office space is based on a triple zone providing flexibility for both open plan and cellular office environments. The staggered ‘H’ shaped plan accommodates the main core centrally, which opens stacked one above the other. The main street elevations are fully glazed, whilst the remainder of the elevation is rendered with strip windows.
