Short information about the Project:	Bolero Office Point, completed in 2014, offers 11 300 sqm of modern class B+ office space and 162 underground parking spaces, 100% leased. The investment was designed considering the rapidly growing BPO sector and meets its expactations of a good value and price ratio and ergonomic working space with a low add-on factor. The architecture allows flexibility for both open plan and cellular office environments. The building is equipped with a special multimedia system, providing an excellent communication and advertising tool. The structure is situated in the Włochy district on Łopuszańska street in Warsaw.The district is rapidly developing and the building is close to the two main exit roads from Warsaw.
