Key projects your company worked on between November 2014 and October 2015 :	Modernization and re-opening of Panorama Shopping Centre Implementation of the long term marketing strategy-Galardia Shopping Centre Development and implementation of the strategy for Aura Centrum in case of launch the new directcompetition Galeria Warminska Marketing promotion-"Impress all in the fall(Aura),which generated huge attendance of the all local population and won the main prize in a competition organized by Polish Council of Shopping Centres for the pro-sales campaign of the year
Please say why you should be considered for the award:	BPM is established and appointed on four instructions including the audit of over 300 lease agreements just during the one year from the launch on the market.This had an impact on successful opening of Galardia following the successful launch with 65,000 people visiting in the first week;50% debt reduction in 6 months for 2 shopping centres;service charge optimization-7% in Panorama and 8,5% in Aura; increasing footfall in Panorama by 2,76%.BPM created a marketing campaign atAura,which resulted on 35,000 customers visited centre on one day,57 million PLN of retailer sales generated by the lottery participants.BPM as winners(Annual PRCH Retail Awards)in the category “Marketing Pro-Sale Campaign of the Year”which was won as a result of the apartment lottery campaignheld at Aura in Nov-Dec'14
