Short information about the Project:	Building E is the 5th stage of the B4B office complex,located in the heart of Bonarka City Center - a multifunctional city center in the Krakow Podgórze district.With the development,an industrial area closed for the public was recultivated and given back to the city, creating a new city center.Public and local governmental needs, like safe public road,bicycle and pedestrian paths system or municipal discrict heating system were fully considered.Building E,consistent with the highest standards was built only in 16 months.After 6 month of the opening, the occupancy rate reached 97%.Building E was built on the base of the special needs of the tenants with high quality fit-out materials flexible space arrangements.The building provides employee-friendly solutions,like chill-out zone and cycle storage and offers efficient heating technologies,individually controlled AC and accessible control over lighting.Building F is scheduled for delivery in Q4 2015, and Building G is under construction
