Properties, which are located predominantly in Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Russia, are, with one exception, all managed by Atrium’s internal team.

The largest purchase transactions between November 2014 and October 2015 (subject of the transaction, its total take up area and value in EUR): November 2014: Atrium purchased Focus Mall Bydgoszcz - one of most popular shopping malls in Bydgoszcz (Kuyavian District), with total GLA 41 200 sqm. The transaction was worth 122 mln PLN.
Future plans : Atrium intends to focus on adding value to objects already functioning. These activities will be carried out, by making upgrades and expansions (at the moment carried out in the Promenada, which aims to create a comfortable mall, suited to the needs of modern customers and mobile technologies).

Why the company deserves the award (in a paragraph you can describe the specific achievements of the company): The market value of the portfolio of income Atrium in Poland, including 24 real estates (representing 55.5% of the AERE property portfolio of profitable companies with a total value of 2.6 billion EUR, which consists of 153 assets) amounted to EUR 1.4 billion In comparison with 2013, Atrium Poland portfolio generated in 2014 an increase in gross income from rent (GRI) by 15.5% to 91 million EUR, and an increase in net income from the lease (NRI) by 15.6% to 91.5 million. This was due to the acquisition in 2013 of the Galeria Dominikańska, opening in March 2014 Atrium Felicity shopping mall in Lublin and the acquisition of the Focus Mall in Bydgoszcz in October 2014.
