Short description of company:	Leading owner,operator and developer of shopping centres in CEE.Owns a €2.5bn portfolio of153 retail properties and shopping centres that produced€203.5m of rental income in 2013 from1.3m sqm of GLA.
Why the company should be considered for the award:	In 2014, the company successfully carried out the biggest opening of a shopping centre in Poland – Atrium Felicity in Lublin that was visited by over 1 million customers within a month after launch. The company currently carries out an extension to its Atrium Copernicus shopping centre in Toruń that will become the largest facility of that kind in that city, and prepares for modernisations of its other retail facilities. Atrium systematically increases the value of its Polish portfolio through new acquisitions (in 2013 - Galeria Dominikańska in Wrocław) and through modernisation and recommercialisation of the remaining centres. The company has 23 retail properties in Poland with a total GLA of around 475 thousand sqm (at 30 June 2014). One more shopping centre was acquired in October in Bygdoszcz, subject to antimonopoly clearance. When closed, this latest acquisition will bring the number of properties to 24.
