Short information about the Project:	Atrium 1 is an office building combining a superb location in the heart of Warsaw’s CBD and cutting-edge technology. All together it creates an exceptionally comfortable work environment mainly due to most advanced sustainable solutions in this part of Europe. Atrium 1 will feature a pioneer solution of geothermal heating and cooling system with piping going 200 m underground. While the building is to be commissioned for use at the end of 2013, it has been over 80% leased already in Q3 2013. The main tenant is Bank Zachodni WBK, part of Santander Group, with a 12 200 sqm contract signed for 12 years. The concept of Atrium 1 is based on the philosophy focusing on the comfort and well-being of building occupants.
